1- What is shipping cost?

Within Netherlands:

  • Free for orders above €35.00
  • You pay €1.99  for orders below €35

You can always upgrade to premium shipping for €4.99 "Optional at checkout".

In Europe:

  • Shipping costs €9.99 for all orders.

You can always upgrade to premium shipping for €14.99 "Optional at checkout".

2- When Will you receive your order?

You will receive your order within 2 - 4 working days.

With upgraded shipping you can get your order within 1 - 3 days.

3- Where do we deliver?

We ship to All Europe from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

4- When will my order be processed?

After placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and prepare your items for shipping.
5- What shipping companies do ship with?

We ship all orders safely with DHL and Hermes Within Europe.
6- Can I track my order?

Yes. Once we ship your order out, we send you an email with a tracking number.

7- Not home. how do I receive my order?

Most of our carriers will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule a delivery or pick up your package from a nearby location.

8- Can I change address after ordering?

You can if you contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the address. Therefore, you will have to cancel your order and place a new one.
