Where do we deliver?

We ship to All Europe from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

When will my order be processed?

After placing your order, please allow up to 24 hours for us to process and prepare your items for shipping.

What is shipping cost?

Within Netherlands:

  • Free for orders above â‚Ŧ35.00
  • You pay â‚Ŧ1.99  for orders below â‚Ŧ35

You can always upgrade to premium shipping for â‚Ŧ4.99 "Optional at checkout".

In Europe:

  • Shipping costs â‚Ŧ9.99 for all orders.

You can always upgrade to premium shipping for â‚Ŧ14.99 "Optional at checkout".

When Will you receive your order?

You will receive your order within 2 - 4 working days.

With upgraded shipping you can get your order within 1 - 3 days.

Delivery

What shipping companies do ship with?

We ship all orders safely with DHL and Hermes Within Europe.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once we ship your order out, we send you an email with a tracking number.

Not home. how do I receive my order?

Most of our carriers will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule a delivery or pick up your package from a nearby location.

Can I change address after ordering?

You can if you contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. Once shipped, we may not be able to modify the address. Therefore, you will have to cancel your order and place a new one.

Returns

Can I return the order?

Yes, You can within 14 days after receiving the order.

  • The items are unused, undamaged.
  • The items are in their original packaging.
Do I pay for returning the order?

Yes. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, Unless the return is due to an error on our side.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please visit our contact page to get in touch with our customer support and to arrange your return.

Do you offer return labels?

Yes, for eligible returns, we can provide a prepaid return label. The cost of this label may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

When do I receive my money back?

After we receive and inspect the returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to your original payment method.

I received a damaged item. What to do?

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or a full refund for you.

My refund hasn’t appeared in my bank?

Refunds can take several days to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method and bank processing times. If it's been more than 3 business days since your refund was processed and you haven’t received it, please contact your bank or card provider.

Exchange

Can I exchange an item?

Absolutely! If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, please initiate the exchange process by contacting our team through the contact page.

Do I have to pay for exchange shipping?

For the first exchange on an order, we will cover the standard shipping costs. Any subsequent exchanges on the same order may incur shipping fees.
