Shipping costs

The published estimate is 2–4 working days for standard delivery and 1–3 days for premium delivery. Allow up to 24 hours for order preparation. Delivery times are estimates.

Choose from the shipping options shown at checkout for your destination. Your delivery charge is displayed before payment.

Our shipping policy lists the published rates, delivery estimates and order-processing information. The destinations available at checkout determine where an order can be sent.

Tracking your order

When your parcel is dispatched, we send an email with tracking details. Keep this email so you can follow your delivery.

Returns within 14 days

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Our published return policy asks that items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error. If an eligible return label is provided, its cost may be deducted from the refund unless we are responsible for the error.

Start a return

1. Email support@osojewelrystore.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
2. Wait for the return instructions before sending your parcel.
3. Pack the item carefully and keep your proof of postage.
