OSO Jewelry is an online jewelry store based in the Netherlands, offering gold-tone and silver-tone necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings and matching sets.
What are the shipping costs?

Standard delivery to the Netherlands and Belgium is free on orders from €35 (otherwise €1.99). Other EU destinations and premium delivery are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for all rates. Your final delivery charge is shown at checkout before payment.
Can I track my order's journey?

As soon as your order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your delivery.
Can I return my order?

Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be:

  • unused and undamaged
  • in their original packaging

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
